Joel A. Neikirk

Joel A. Neikirk is the President and Chief Executive Officer of RSI, where he leads a team of more than 90 supply chain professional and technical staff. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Joel served as the chairman of the RSI Board of Directors as well as the Chief Operating Officer of Midamerica Hotels Corporation and Drury Restaurants, a Burger King® franchise that operates Burger King® and Popeyes® restaurants in the Midwest. He is a proven results-driven leader with extensive experience in business development, operations, and supply chain optimization spanning multiple industries.

Patrick “Pat” Webster

Patrick “Pat” Webster is RSI’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Risk Management. He is a dynamic and seasoned professional with unique and significant finance experience. Pat and his team are responsible for RSI’s financial operations and risk management functions and provide input for the company’s strategic business direction. Pat is a CPA with public accounting experience at Deloitte & Touche and was the Controller for several organizations. Pat also serves as the General Manager of RSI’s subsidiary, Supply Chain Services, LLC.

John Sutton

With a keen ability to apply and share his all-around knowledge of integrated supply chain management, John Sutton serves as the Vice President of Purchasing for RSI. John is responsible for the strategic sourcing of food and packaging items to the tune of $3 billion. He is a 25+ year supply chain and purchasing expert who, combined with his deep-rooted supplier relationships, helps ensure supply at best cost for Burger King® restaurant operators.

Chris Daly

Chris Daly is the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Systems for Restaurant Services, Inc. (RSI). Chris brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the design, development and implementation of state-of-the-art, large-scale information systems, including business intelligence architecture and application, database and data warehouse design. He has led the design, development and deployment of two data warehouses and the introduction of systems to support the online ordering of food, equipment and toys by Burger King® restaurants.

Lisa Bonet

With a background in warehouse and distribution, and expertise in domestic and international supply chain, Lisa Bonet is RSI’s Chief Operating Officer, overseeing distribution, logistics, promotions planning and inventory management at RSI, as well as the Mexico supply chain. She brings 30 years of supply chain and food service industry experience to these essential components of the company. Through her exceptional leadership, the teams focus on distribution processes and strategies and manage inventory commitments of approximately $100 million a year.
