The SpongeBob promotion began yesterday, December 2, 2025. Based on the first day of actual volumes, all items on the SpongeBob Menu are significantly overperforming versus forecasted volumes. Unfortunately, due to ingredients, production, and transit lead times, we regret to inform you that additional production for this short promotional window is not feasible.
To expedite additional supply to restaurants as quickly as possible, RSI has instructed the DCs to auto ship the majority of remaining inventory of the items that RSI is managing on each restaurant’s next scheduled delivery.
Due to DC order cut-off timing, most deliveries will occur starting Saturday, December 6, 2025. RSI will assess restaurant-level volumes after day two and execute final auto shipments of the remaining supply accordingly.

Additionally, since orders will be keyed manually by the DCs they will NOT be visible on RSI Web.
